      Directions

FROM THE SOUTH:- Follow signs towards Perth, and, skirting the West side of the city join the A9 North towards Inverness at Inveralmond Roundabout. From here you are about half an hour away.

After only a couple of miles exit onto the B8063, and take the road towards Luncarty and Stanley on the B9099.

Follow this road through the Perthshire countryside for nearly 8 miles, passing through the villages of Stanley, Murthly and on to Caputh. In Caputh, turn right, taking the A984 towards Blairgowrie. After 2.7 miles take the left hand turn signposted to Lethendy and Blairgowrie along a single track road, the B947.

Nether Kirkton Farm is 300 yards along the road on the left hand side, before you reach the sharp bend, and the cluster of houses and buildings at Kirkton of Lethendy. Look out for the distinctive sign on the gatepost with the tractor on the top.

NB: If you are in the centre or East side of Perth, you can take an alternative route that takes around the same time as the journey above. Simply follow signs over the river towards Scone Palace on the A93, signposted toward Blairgowrie, and follow this road for nearly 10 miles past the fruit farms until you reach the village of Meikleour.

Turn left here onto the A984; pass through the village, bearing right after half a mile to stay on this road. After 2.4 miles, turn right onto the B947 signposted to Lethendy, as above, and look out for Nether Kirkton Farm on the left hand side after 300 yards.

From the North:- If you are heading South down the A9 from Inverness, just before reaching Perth, take the exit onto the B8063, and take the road towards Luncarty and Stanley on the B9099.

Follow this road through the Perthshire countryside for nearly 8 miles, passing through the villages of Stanley, Ardoch and on to Caputh.

FROM THE NORTH WEST AND DUNKELD:- Follow A984 heading East from central Dunkeld, in the direction of Caputh and Spittalfield.

FROM THE NORTH EAST AND BALLATER:- Follow the A93 South into Blairgowrie, and follow the one-way system to stay on the A93 until almost out of the town. Take a right onto Essendy Road onto the B947 and stay on this narrow road as it winds through the countryside for 3.8miles until you reach Kirkton of Lethendy. From here, follow the road around the sharp left hand bend, and Nether Kirkton Farm will be on your right hand side. Look out for the distinctive sign on the gatepost with the tractor on the top.
